Why I Love SLC number 421

The restaurant selection is delicious and full of options and if you know me, you know I love food. It's a blessing and a curse. Yesterday Lindsey and I went to lunch and tried an new place right up by the U called Indochine. It's a Vietnamese bistro that is DELICIOUS. I highly recommend it if you're ever up this way.

It has a fun atmosphere and you can eat outside, which is always a plus when you're stuck inside an office for most of the day. The thing I like most about it is that have a "Power Lunch" where every day they choose from one of their 8 lunch menus and everything on it is $5.99 or less. So, there's always variety and you don't have to spend $10 on lunch. This is was we got and it was so good...

I'm sure we can all guess what kind of entertainment J thought I should go into...but kind of a dud if you ask me. This is the opposite of anything that I can ever see myself  "prospering" in. I would rather be almost anywhere else than a stage. 

Well folks, it's Friday!!! Tonight I'm getting together with an old friend that I miss dearly and then headed over to a BBQ at James and Melinda's. It will be fun to see everyone! Fingers crossed, farmers market and some painting on Saturday. I'll keep you updated...
