We live for the weekends. Literally. Right now we are making it through the weeks to get to the weekends. It starts Sunday night actually, the yearning for the next weekend. I hate it. This cold. It's got to go.

I did just read that spring officially starts in 22 days. Plus, it's supposed to be 50 degrees on Saturday. I'm thinking we're going to break out the swim suits. But really, I'm making all of these grand outside plans for Saturday. I need this Saturday in a bad way. Do you hear that Saturday?? NEED. To beckon in spring I'll be listening to it's theme song, appropriately named "spring".
Also, again for posterity's sake I do need to touch on my lovely Monday evening commute. As many of you Utah dwellers heard, there was a high speed chase from Lehi good 'ol Kaysville. He was rude enough to start the chase at 4 pm and even ruder to not get his tired popped until my exit. The traffic was madness. We were either diverted to the one lane highway 89 or to the 2 lane Legacy Parkway. Either way, everyone was moving at the high speeds of 5-8 mphs. Luckily, I went to the bathroom before I left work. Luckily I also had a full tank of gas and a fully charged phone. I used this time of confinement to catch up on all of my phone calls. You know, grandparents, parents, SILs. I left the SLC at 5:15 and walked in my door promptly at 7:40 pm. Needless to say, I felt like this:
