It's cinch! by Cynthia Sass. Well, I've always kind of been against diets and restricting foods turn me into a monster that only eats what is restricted. So, I've basically just steered clear of them, until now. I looked it up and the only restrictive part is 5 days long, and it's all foods I like; raspberries, eggs, yogurt, and almonds. Plus, you can loose up to 8 lbs. yes please. Then the rest of the 25 days just have more of an outline.
I ordered the book off of Amazon (cheapest!) and got it today. I was SO excited! I've spent the last hour or so looking at it and I'm not gonna lie, I'm scared and I don't know if I can do it. Just thinking about going outside of my comfort zone makes me nervous...really nervous.
Okay, I know I can do it, it just scares me. Pathetic right?
So, I'm starting on Monday. I think that will give me enough time to get through the bulk of the book and do the grocery shopping for the next week...and work up the nerve. I'll let ya know how it goes.
