One of those days...

Yesterday I was driving home from a frustrating class, actually a frustrating day in general. You know those days when your so frustrated that if anyone asks you anything or something small goes wrong your eyes start leaking and there's nothing you can do about it? Yes, that was yesterday.

I think it started when I actually realized that I am running out of semester to get assignments done and then I realized that I'm running out of undergraduate career days. Don't get me wrong, I'm excited to be done with the papers, tests, class, but I'm really scared of not having those constants anymore. I've been going to school since I was 5 and I won't be doing that anymore...at least for a while. On top of that, finding a "grown-up" job stresses me out beyond belief. Maybe you can tell that I'm a creature of habit.

Anywho, back to the driving home...in my many years of life {sarcasm} I have found that music is the best remedy to anything and everything. So, I turned on my Glee soundtrack and belted it out. I'm at a stop light doing the shimmy (awkward) and look over and there is for sure a car full of people staring at me.

Usually, I would try to play it cool like I was trying to reach a really hard place to scratch or something {is that even any better?} but today I just kept going, I could have cared less. I LOVED IT! After my 35 minute song sesh I decided to continue my motivation and self awesomeness and head to the gym. I am proud to say that I jog/walked 3 miles and cycled 6.5. I think I'm pretty hot stuff.

So my answer to 99% of problems: bumpin' music and some good cardio {body combat is my fav} Yes, your problems will still be there when your done, but you come out with a clear head and fresh perspective. Amazingly enough, everything just seems more doable.

Bad day demolished.
