Aspirin Mask

This aspirin mask is my favorite thing to make before I go to bed now. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft.
The first and most important ingredient is about 6-8 NON-COATED aspirin. You need non-coated because they dissolve the best. Trust me, I tried it with coated aspirin...there was no dissolving going on. The aspirin works as a great exfoliant and also reduces inflammation. If I have a pimple, I rub this on, and the next morning there is no more redness!

The next ingredient is your favorite face lotion. I'm using Cetaphil right now and it works pretty well. I just squirt about 4 pumps of the lotion over the aspirin. If the aspirin is non-coated the lotion will soften it up enough and you can finish crush it up with a fork.

I just added this last ingredient, it's Jason's vitamin E oil. I usually only use about 3 drops. Vitamin E has many benefits but for the purpose of this mask it moisturizes and is said to reduce the appearance or development of wrinkles. So, mix and mash the three ingredients up until the aspirin is fine and grainy. Then spread it all over your face and leave it on for about 10 to 15 minutes, or at least until most of the lotion has absorbed into your skin. Wash the rest of and you'll have smooth sparkling skin. I promise you'll love it and maybe your husband will too...
