I didn't even know this holiday existed until today and I feel jipped. I'll admit, I'm not the biggest fan of the s'more, but I do love roasted marshmallows and chocolate bars. Since I just found out today, we won't have time to celebrating because I am going to visit my adorable niece, who is much more scrumptious than any marshmallow or chocolate. But, you better believe this weekend we will be celebrating the s'more, either over the fire pit or from my kitchen:
