...i am going to try to not eat after seven.
i usually eat most of my calories after seven so it will be interesting to see if it will really make a difference, it's even supposed to help you sleep better. oh and oprah did it so that should make it legitimate right : )
but really if any of you knows one way or the other, let me know!!!
i did it my whole freshman year of college and didn't gain a pound! my sophomore year, different story, i ate whenever and whatever i wanted! i believe in the 7 oclock rule!
