Yes, my sweet, talented, beautiful mother's birthday is tomorrow, and I just wanted to take a second to brag about how wonderful she is. She is the best of the best, I couldn't ask for a better mom, she's my best friend and confidante. I don't know where I would be in my life without her constant love and good example. She is the perfect picture of class and grace. To celebrate her birthday we went to The Spa at Elase Academy for mani's and pedi's (great prices by the way...everyone should check it out!).
Then we made our way over to Seigfried's Delicatessen

This place holds a special place in our hearts because my mom spent her best years of high school here, and this is where I was adopted from. We have decided that this place has THE BEST German food this side of the great salt lake! We love us some weinerschnitzel!I love you mom!
